Fixed random crash when user enter the main menu.

Fixed the upload history, so it can be set empty or with
date/size.

IDM now checks the listview when the listview is loaded,
to do this check only, if not checking is enabled.

"SnoTemps is a program to calculate the daily (or other regular) mean temperature for each station in the SNOTEL network. It does this by averaging the air temperature at station between two fixed stations called the Background and Foreground. It averages all of the daily records between the two stations at each site, regardless of whether or not a station is present on the day."

"Mount Baker National Recreation Area extends 3 miles (5 km) north-south on the north flank of Mount Baker in the North Cascades of Washington State.
